 City of Somerville HHS/LGBTQ+ Services will be hosting drop-in Name Change Clinics in collaboration with Massachusetts Trans Political Coalition (MTPC), Cambridge LGBTQ+ Commission, and the Cambridge Public Library.

 MTPC will bring printed blank required forms, printed example forms, writing utensils, envelopes, iPad/laptop to complete MTPC's financial assistance application, volunteer notaries, volunteer legal assistance, and a portable printer.
