Rainbow artists: virtual classes start

What is Rainbow Artists? Rainbow Artists is an opportunity for LGBTQ+ folks and allies to develop creative expression skills with a community of peers. An experienced creative expression art therapist and/or an art facilitator guide the meetings.

During a session, the instructors guide participants through projects while creating a safe environment for conversation and enjoying music. We also bring in special guests to talk about their work and journeys as LGBTQ+ artists.

Sessions for youth take place by Zoom. We provide a list of simple art supplies to have on hand. Our all ages event will take place in person at the Lexington Community Center. We will provide all art supplies.
